Who we are
MR.MUHAMMAD ASIF
Founder & Director
Muhammad Asif, B.E.(Electrical), B.E. (IT), M.C.S. CAPM, Prince 2, 6th addition practitioner.
Muhammad Asif is a former senior telecom engineer for Pakistan Telecoms and is responsible for, among other achievements, the successful roll-out of fibre across Pakistan. I migrated to New Zealand and am now a New Zealand citizen. He acted as a consultant to Ultrafast Fibre, one of the Largest Fiber companies in New Zealand.
Hon Richard Prebble, B.A. LLB (Hons) CBE
Richard Prebble is a lawyer and company director by profession. He was the former Minister who deregulated telecoms. He was a director of Ultrafast Fibre and persuaded Muhammad Asif to set up ICS. Richard Prebble is chairman and Muhammad Asif managing director. They own the company.
