Hosted Receptionist for Small Businesses.

  • Service Providers can launch this service to their Small Business Customers.
    • This is a VAS service on Inbound Calls to SMBs.
    • SMBs are provided with DID’s in the city of their choice through a self-service Portal.
    • They are provided with a customized Auto Attendant through the IVR for managing Calls based on the Groups (1 for Sales, 2 for Support etc.).
    • Management of Calls can be customized based on the Origination region / numbers etc. also.
    • The Calls are then terminated on existing Mobile numbers that the SMB employees may have, thus eliminating the need for a full-fledged Broadband and SIP Phone infrastructure at the SMB side.

Customer Benefit: Image enhancement in front of callers who listen to a professional IVR filter before the calls get matured 24*7 instead of regular office hours. Further, the calls can be picked up even when the employee is travelling outside the office.
