ICS builds and maintains the mobile SIP clients that run on its own voice platform. That same team builds web platforms, business systems and integrations for customers, on contract or as dedicated developers.

Most development shops show you a portfolio of work done for other people. ICS can show you an application it wrote, ships, operates and supports on its own carrier platform, which is a stricter test.

The mobile SIP client runs on Android and iOS, and can be white-labelled for a telecom operator so the subscriber sees the operator brand rather than ours.

How engagements work

ICS operates its own development capability offshore, managed from New Zealand. That is stated plainly rather than hidden, because it is the reason the pricing works and because you should know who is writing your code.

What that means in practice: your contract is with a New Zealand company, your point of contact is in Rotorua, and the accountability for delivery sits here rather than in another time zone.
